Share.P is an innovative plug-and-play parking system that digitizes existing parking infrastructure and addresses the challenges of parking vehicles and charging electric vehicles. Our main task was to redesign the existing management panel, improve the information architecture, and provide users with a more intuitive experience.
The strategic workshop conducted in the FigJam application provided us with insights into the following:
Warsztat strategiczny to niezwykle ważny etap. Klient może podzielić się z nami swoją wizją na produkt, a my mamy szansę dokładnie zrozumieć wszystkie filary tego co tworzymy.
Rozmawiamy o użytkowniku, jego problemie i rozwiązaniu, jakim jest produkt.
In order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and objectives, we conducted a series of exercises and proposed ways to improve user experiences while also fulfilling business goals. Based on the gathered data, we redesigned the information architecture of the Share.P panel. We focused on streamlining navigation, enabling users to quickly find the necessary features and information. We applied content hierarchy, logical grouping of options, and more intuitive labels, significantly enhancing user-friendliness of the panel.
During the UX audit, we conducted an analysis of how users interact with the current panel, what issues they encounter, and what information they most frequently seek. As a result, we were able to identify potential areas for improvement and pinpoint specific actions that will help enhance user experiences.
Po wnikliwej analizie konkurencji, udało nam się zidentyfikować jej mocne i słabe strony, dzięki czemu lepiej zrozumieliśmy, jakie funkcje, rozwiązania i styl należy dostarczyć, aby wyróżnić się na tyle, aby przyciągnąć klientów i konkurować z innymi aplikacjami do zarządzania parkingiem.
One of the main goals of Share.P was to improve parking and parking space management. We introduced new features and processes that enable parking owners and managers to more efficiently manage their resources. The ability to monitor parking space utilization, make online reservations and payments, and generate reports has allowed for better planning and optimization of operations.
The next step was to design a new user interface. We focused on simplicity, clarity, and design consistency to minimize confusion and improve the aesthetics of the panel. We also utilized clear and eye-catching icons and colors to distinguish different functions, making it easier for users to navigate the interface.
During the design of the new Share.P panel, we paid special attention to responsiveness and accessibility. We ensured that the interface is perfectly adapted to various devices - from computers to smartphones, enabling users to conveniently access it anywhere and at any time. Additionally, we tailored the panel to meet accessibility requirements, allowing individuals with different limitations to use the application with ease.
