Our main design task was to change the current site in such a way that the visiting user could immediately understand the function of the Enpulse platform and its mission in organizations.

While working on the brand strategy, we gained information on the general environment of larger and smaller organizations in Poland and abroad, as well as key business insights. In order to get a complete picture of their current situation and goals, we conducted a series of exercises and proposed a new information architecture for the site.
During the UX audit, we analyzed how users use the current site, what problems they encounter, and what information they most often look for. As a result, we were able to identify potential areas of improvement and pinpoint specific actions that would help improve the user experience and increase conversions on the site.
After an in-depth analysis of the competition, we were able to identify their strengths and weaknesses, giving us a better understanding of what features, services and style to deliver in order to stand out enough to attract customers and compete with other platforms.
After analyzing the main paths of our users and creating a sitemap for the new Enpulse website, we started sketching and prototyping on low-detail mockups of the above-mentioned functionalities.
The next step was to create a minimalist, yet different from the competition graphics and branding elements of the brand while maintaining the color palette of the current Enpulse website. We decided on a simple sans-serif Poppins font for the headings and paragraphs of text, and irregular shapes animated on the scroll.
An important element for us, was the user interface. We wanted it to be easy to navigate, readable and understandable to users from our target audience and beyond. Our goal was to design a new website that would be more responsive, intuitive to use and attractive to users. We also wanted the new Enpulse website to express the brand's values and help attract new leads.
